How will Covid-19 impact shipping time?


We expect most of our shipping service providers to experience shipment delays due to reduced flights, city lockdowns and lack of courier/drivers. The rate at which order is processed remains the same. The Priority or Express Shipping service is recommended. We regret that we are unable to guarantee shipping time for all services until further notice.

Priority Shipping is currently subsidized at $8.90 for all orders.

 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING 
Standard Shipping starts at $4.99 for orders below $25 and is FREE for orders above $25. You will be able to track your order with the provided tracking details.
Estimated shipping time: 7 – 18* working days to most countries from the date of dispatch.
*Duration is an estimation from our experience and is calculated from dispatch date. Customs process, public holidays, or other factors may affect shipping time.
Update 1/4/2020: The Standard Shipping service is not recommend at the moment because of delays in various countries due to Covid-19. Please choose Priority or Express Shipping if they are available for your country.
Update 14/4/2020: Free Shipping is temporarily suspended until further notice due to Covid-19. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Standard Shipping is now available only through request for customers that do not mind the wait time.
PRIORITY SHIPPING  (recommended! )

Priority postal shipping $8.90. The estimated delivery time is about 2 weeks from dispatch date. Customs clearance may cause additional time.

EXPRESS SHIPPING  (recommended! )
Express Shipping via FedEx is $25. The standard delivery time is 3 – 6 working days from dispatch date.

For country with *, FedEx may charge a surcharge for remote locations. Delivery surcharge for order above $100 will be covered by Fav Eye. We will inform you if a surcharge is applicable. To check your address for surcharge, please see: FedEx out-of-delivery area

 

Due to stricter border controls globally in response to Covid-19, shipping status will update slower than usual. Please choose Priority/Express service if they are available for your country. 

TRACKING & DELIVERY

For Normal or Free shipping, once tracking status becomes “En route to destination country”, please continue to track on your country’s national postal service website. The final delivery time is determined by the speed of your country’s customs process.

All international parcels are subject to customs process in the destination country and customs process may affect shipping time. The customer is responsible for any potential taxes, duties, or import fees associated with the order. Prior to making a purchase, please check your country’s regulations to ensure importation of the goods you intend to purchase is allowed. If the order is returned to us or lost due to wrong address, failure to collect from post office, or custom rejection, a refund or a replacement is provided ONLY if the original order is returned to us or/and a second shipping fee is paid. In the case of refund, refund amount will be order total minus shipping cost and minus any unpaid tax/duty/customs fees.

 

If you purchase any pre-order/backorder item along with other item/s, your order will be held at our warehouse until your pre-order/backorder item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, kindly make two separate purchases.
