1. Where is my order? What is the estimated shipping time?
– The estimated shipping time is 7-15 Business days for Normal/Free shipping, and 3-5 Business days for Express shipping. You can track your order anytime. Your tracking details can be found in your “Order Shipped” confirmation email. If you have an account, it can also be found in “My Account”.
2. Can I exchange or return my purchased items?
– We have a strict exchange and return policy where we only accept exchange or return for unused and unopened products. For more information, please check our exchange policy.
3. I did not receive order email/tracking email/password reset email/any other emails
– If you did not receive any emails from us, it is most likely that the emails have reached your spam/junk folders, or that there is a typo in your email address. Please check your spam/junk and if the emails are not there, reach out to us at hello@faveye.com.
4. My order’s tracking status has not updated for a number of days, should I be concerned?
– Don’t worry! Once tracking status becomes “Item en route to destination country”, it is normal that tracking doesn’t update for 1 week or more. This is due to custom acceptance process. Please stop tracking on Malaysia Pos and continue tracking on your country’s national postal website. You can also contact your national postal service and tell them your tracking number for any shipping related assistance.

– For order to USA, USPS normally takes around 1-2 weeks to update the next status. Please contact USPS and quote your tracking number for direct assistance. Generally, orders to the US are delivered within 1.5-3 weeks.
