Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in the Fav Eye affiliate program! Kindly read through the terms and conditions below thoroughly.

 

Posting Guidelines

 

☆    Upon receiving PR package, create and share content with the products that were sent to you.
☆   Mention the product name, your discount code or link, and tag us.
☆   You can point out what you genuinely like about the products, such as the comfort, color or our affordable prices. That will provide your audience with a reason to make purchase. This is proven to convert better!
☆  Recommended content: selfie, before & after, close-up eye shot, short video and review video.
☆  Get more sales by adding your discount code or link to your Youtube video description or Instagram Bio.

 

 

Commission

 

    • You can check your referrals and earning anytime in your affiliate account.
    • Commission earnings will be paid out via PayPal every month. Full payment details is in our Affiliate Agreement below. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for one at www.paypal.com.

AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

 

 

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Fav Eye affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Fav Eye” refers to Fav Eye Ltd, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to or joining the Fav Eye affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

 

Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer use correct discount code or clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. In the case of the same customer being directed to the website by more than one affiliate links or different discount codes, referral will be credited to the last affiliate who referred the customer. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

 

Payment
Commission will be paid out to affiliates in the first 7 working days of every month unless otherwise stated. A 30 days wait period applies to provide buffer for order cancellation. The minimum payout value is $25 USD. Should an affiliate’s total earning is less than $25 USD, commission will continue to accumulate and be paid out in the next payout cycle after it has reached the minimum payout value. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.

 

Exchange, Returns, Refunds
In the event a customer requests an exchange, a return or refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

 

Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Fav Eye brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Fav Eye. The Affiliate will never bid for keywords or ads with names, brands, and trademarks that belong to Fav Eye.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Fav Eye or their relationship with Fav Eye in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Fav Eye.

 

Creative content
Fav Eye reserves the right to use or distribute affiliate’s created content relevant to Fav Eye. This includes but is not limited to: content that features Fav Eye’s brand or product, content that features the affiliate’s affiliate code or link, and content that is relevant to Fav Eye promotions or marketing activities.

 

Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Fav Eye will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Fav Eye chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.

 

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

 

Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, commission structure, payment procedures, Affiliate Program rules and the continuation of the Affiliate Program. If any modification is unacceptable by the affiliate, the affiliate has the option to end this Agreement. The affiliate’s continued participation in Fav Eye Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site or announcement via email will indicate the affiliate’s agreement to the changes.
